2. Data and purposes
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email to request an appointment, we may receive your name, contact number, email address if you use it, availability and the information you include in your message.
This information is used to answer your request, check availability, arrange and confirm appointments, and communicate changes related to your visit. This version of the website does not include advertising campaigns or subscription forms.
You do not need to send test results, clinical photographs, diagnoses or other sensitive data to book an appointment. Please avoid including them in your messages; ask the office about the appropriate channel if information is needed for your medical care.
3. Website and external services
The website does not include medical-history forms, payments or file uploads. The call and WhatsApp buttons open the corresponding service; opening a link does not confirm an appointment.
The visit guide is a virtual assistant with predefined answers. It uses topic buttons, with no text-entry field or file uploads; it does not store a history of your selections or send them to an artificial-intelligence provider. Choosing to call or use WhatsApp opens the corresponding external service.
Hosting and communication services may process technical data needed for their operation, such as IP addresses and access logs, according to their functions and terms. The website does not incorporate its own advertising tools, embedded maps or commercial analytics. It presents a collection of reviews from my profile and two reviews about my care published on the clinic’s profile, with their authors and source links. This collection is updated manually; translations are identified and provide access to the original wording. A Google Maps component separately displays the overall rating of my profile. To load this rating, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information, and use cookies or similar technologies according to its Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference for this service. The collected review texts are stored as website content. Review links allow you to check their source on Google.
WhatsApp and email are external services that are also subject to their own terms. You can consult the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. Using these channels does not authorize the public disclosure of your data.
4. Access, service providers and retention
Access to appointment information should be limited to the data controller and those who need to handle your request. Hosting and communication providers are involved in delivering their services; selling your data or publishing it on the website is not contemplated.
Information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and applicable obligations. Processing and retaining medical records has a different scope, which must be explained when medical care is provided.
If data needs to be shared with a third party for a different purpose, you will be informed and the appropriate consent will be requested, except in circumstances provided for by law.
5. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access to, correction or cancellation of, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data where applicable.

The data controller will explain how to verify your identity or representation appropriately and how to provide the necessary information. Do not send identity documents or medical information before receiving those instructions.
Requests will be handled according to the time limits and requirements of applicable law. Withdrawal of consent is not retroactive and may be limited by legal obligations.
